The planning service is led by Joe Nugent (MRTPI). The planning services provided are based on over 20 years planning experience, providing a strong position to advise on a diverse range of planning matters.

As a corporate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Joe Nugent is regulated by the RTPI's professional code of conduct which gives certainty over the quality of the professional advice and service. 

Whether you require professional advice on the feasibility of obtaining planning permission, pre-application advice with the Local Planning Authority, discharge of conditions, or a full planning application these services can be provided.

In addition to the standard planning application process our services also include challenging a Council's refusal of planning permission at appeal, CIL discussions, and S106 Legal Agreements.
