How much do the planning services cost?

Each service is effectively bespoke in terms of the type and location of the development proposal. The service may range from pre-application advice, a full/outline planning application, discharge of conditions, enforcement action, or planning appeal. It is therefore recommended to contact us at the earliest opportunity to set out the services required and a fee can be determined.

How long does an average project take?

Similar to the fees, it is not possible to definitely state the length of a planning process. Having drafted and submitted a planning application, a minor application would be expected to take up to 8 weeks, whereas a major application would be expected to take up to 13 weeks. These timescales are expected, however additional information requested by the Local Planning Authority may unexpectedly extend these timescales.

Over 20 years experience in Town Planning has been established across planning policy and development management roles, within Local Planning Authorities and the private sector.
This experience has been established across a varied portfolio of development types. Therefore we are able to offer a professional and specialised service in a range of development types.

What other services are offered?

Whilst we primarily offer a Town Planning service we have in-house specialists that provide supporting services. This includes architect services, ecology, surveying, engineering, flood matters, environmental permitting, and construction.
